Photography Floor Talk and Workshop

Too late, you missed it

Photography korero and workshop with Lisa Purda

The camera is traditionally used to capture tangible objects as light reflects off them to record their shape and form. This weekend join Lisa for her floor talk as she shares her experiences of challenging that thinking and pushing the boundaries of image making in the context of representing the intangible.

This will be followed by a practical workshop where Lisa will share some tips and get you creating your own light paintings and timescapes. Please bring your DSLR camera and a tripod. Or something to sit your camera on like a small box. If you have an underwater camera, please bring that along too!

25th June 11am @ Te Kōputu a te Whanga a Toi

Matariki is the Māori name for the cluster of stars also known as the Pleiades and is recognised by all cultures throughout the world.
