Eastbay Quilters: Make a Bag
Join Eastbay Quilters during the 2022/2023 daylight savings period as we run a series of six evening sessions to welcome all local quilters, emerging or established.
March's session will be Make a Bag with Caroline Stewart.
Non-members attend one free session. Become a member to attend multiple sessions.
Eastbay Quilters was established in 1992 as a subsidiary of the local embroidery guild. Shortly after, Eastbay Quilters joined the Whakatāne Arts and Craft Society, where it continues to meet to this day. Members of Eastbay Quilters enjoy many benefits, including regular meetings, exhibition opportunities, access to workshops and the quilting library, and the provision of materials for charity quilt-making. Additionally, members have full Whakatāne Arts and Craft Society benefits, including access to other clubs (e.g., painting, pottery and woodcraft). Eastbay Quilters supports members to learn, share and enjoy each other’s company. We’d love to meet you. Beginners welcome.
