Coast Care Planting Day - Ōhope
Kia ora! We’d love you to join us for another Coast Care planting event. If you have children or grandchildren bring them along!
When? Sunday, 11 August, 9.30am-11.00am.
Where? Meet at the beach access opposite Moana Street, Ohope
What? We'll be planting in the dunes nearby.
Who? Planting events are great for all-ages and abilities and everyone can go at their own pace. If you’re keen to bring along children, please ensure you are prepared to help them. The event is short enough for children to enjoy plus it’s free!
Remember: Bring along your own gloves, a raincoat and good walking shoes/boots. We will provide spare gloves, spades and a posy event BBQ for all attendees. If MetService issues a red weather warning the event will be cancelled.
