Sunshine Season Guide 2024 2025 - Top Spots
What's new at Wharfside
Port Ōhope is steadily becoming the favourite Ōhope spot over the summer months – giving West End a run for its money. Recent upgrades have extended the outdoor dining area overlooking the harbour - the perfect spot to enjoy a Mata Brewery beverage while the kids play. Book an oyster experience on the harbour with Tio Ōhiwa, hire a stand-up-paddle board, e-scooter or e-bike for some cruising and finish the afternoon on the deck at Fisherman’s Wharf.
Open daily from Friday, 27 December to early February and select weekends through autumn. 340 Harbour Road, Port Ōhope.
