Welcome to our gallery space!

Our Ōhope gallery is a curated blend of art (oil paintings) and photographs (prints, framed, canvases) of beach scenes, iconic native birds and NZ landscapes at affordable prices. Greeting cards and some beach craft are also available.

Stunning photographic images of birds in flight, bathing, and in natural habitats throughout NZ often with dramatic lighting. One of the largest displays of native bird images in NZ. Also a wide range of local and iconic NZ landscapes are displayed in sizes up to a metre in size. All images are able to be ordered in both smaller and larger sizes and often can be shipped direct to your home address in NZ and Australia. 

Colourful oil paintings of local scenes along with variety of other subjects including cats, flowers and native birds, presented in a range of sizes to meet all budgets.

The gallery welcomes visitors and is in the basement of a residential house. It has 3 display rooms showing over 120 images. It can be located on Google Maps and is sign-posted off Ocean Road (look for the flag); go to #11 and follow the signs. Press the doorbell and we will be right with you.
