Salmonella Dub bring their 2022 "Return to our Kōwhai" - album launch tour home to Whakatane for a whanau friendly 3-9pm soiree on the lawn of the Thornton Bar & Eatery on either Easter Saturday or Monday with Sunday May 8th as the backup date.

Joining the band on stage for this auspicious Aotearoa 2022 tour are old time members Conan Wilcox and Tiki Taane with their musical besties Whirimako Black & Laughton Kora, Scotty Taitoko - bone and Barrett Hocking - trumpet.

As featured artists on the album Tiki, Whirimako & Laughton bring a dynamic vocal power house to Dave Deakins’ vocal arrangements and the bands huge multi genre live show. This tour is especially auspicious as Tiki will also feature on the desk as dub meister for a bracket of new album tunes as he did when he first joined the band back in1996.

The Aotearoan bass heavy weights have been space weaving new tunes with the old through the months of lockdown, and after multiple postponements have come out swinging with a multimedia mashup of the Dub's classics and a tasty bag of new album tracks.

Push on Thru, Love Your Ways. Slide, Problems, For love It, Tui Dub, Soul Love Trippa, Finding my way home feat. Tiki Taane, Return to our Kōwhai feat. Whirimako Black and Same Time with guest vox from Laughton Kora are just 10 tunes from this tour's epic 24 track set.

The special guests for this epic gig are the bands' long-time Dub Conspiracy mates Si & KP and the consciously funky Sunshine Soundsystem, WaImea College band Steezy's Few, Ladi J & True Grit.
