Trust Horizon Light Up, Whakatāne - Lights on Parade

On the last Saturday of the festival, just before the light trail and festival ends, we hold our “Lights on Parade”
Our community night includes:
- Light costume and lantern parade - everyone is invited to join or watch as we illuminate the night
- Dress up in sparkling lights, create your own lantern, glide on skates, or let the kids hop on their scooters for a lively procession
- After the parade join the mid-winter night market with live music, market stalls and food trucks at Wharaurangi
